What Ho,
I was most pleased to recieve your reply this evening Farquhar as my nights have dulled somewhat recently. Ever since Lady CCC has departed for London to view this seasons Paris fashions, nights on the estate have passed without note.
My only foray into digestible company was Viscount De Foylee-Age. However his musings are somewhat of a bore since they only ever revolve around silly mechanical horses with wheels or some fancy contraption.
I have heard stories before of these porters not being up to much. Crack the whip I say...let them taste good Colonial leather to motivate them. I like the smell of Bullhide in the morning.
The bill has come through for that party at the RAC club last month. It states thus: F Smythe did consume 4 geese, 7 bottles of wine, 1 partridge, 2 locals and finished the snuff allocation for one month in 3 hours. If you cannot settle up I will contact rich uncle Dan, he is always willing to part with some of his money earned from the arups.
Pass on my greetings to Lady Smythe, Jay and your Jamaican man servant.
