Rumour has it that there is a new Grandpa in our midst today, and by the level of handshaking and congrats to my side of the bench, it appears that it has become my turn as the last lingerer in the family of Rea. Congrats go to the Rytder couple away in the Isle of Reunion where it is said that a baby boy is born today or yesterday by the actual timing.
The size of the bulgeous womb was indicative that it was a boy, and at that weight he is destined to be a real Ryder! All the best to the couple and of course best wishes to all at Reunion who are fast gathering to celebrate the long awaited arrival. Sherrie is heralding on the morrow and the mother AJR is to move out of hospital according to first hand info from her ladyship this evening.
We are awaiting a photo to see whether it looks this way or that way, but first things first, and hoping from all here on safari that the transition to home life goes well, from ALL of us Rea’s on the Rift Valley Drifter safari.
